Announcement: High floor vs Evening Sun

Hi all,

as you all know, the selection for RH has started. My selection date is tomorrow and would like to ask the opinions for fellow Redhillers who are already staying in RH:

1) Would you choose 1 without evening sun ( below 15 floors ) compared to 1 with evening sun at higher floors (above 15 floors) ?

2) How strong are the effects of evening sun ? Which is worse:
i) evening sun in the living room direction
i) evening sun in the bedrooms direction ?
