Not mp3s but....
Have you tried www.pandora.com ?
Enter a song or artist and it will play a stream of other music it thinks matches, and let you rate it + or - worth a look. |

ekp kicks ass
you can dowload a pretty large amount of music straight from www.ekp.se
click on media then like... "gratuitus mp3" or somthing like that, right click on the files and save as. |

Theres some pretty good stations out there. Pandora is pretty cool, I use it alot to find what they consider related to my likes. There is a prog you can get, dunno if its frowned up here, but, Ill post anyway.
http://www.stationripper.com/
It basically captures radio net streams and chops it into single mp3s which in turn you can put on your ipod. Ive only used it on shoutcast based stations, im sure it supports all kinds of streaming audio stations, just haven't tried.
Rully, im not sure what qualifies as experimental to you, but I'll point you to something I tune into on a regular basis.

I like the "secret agent" show on there.
In any case, stationripper will help you get some new junk into your ipod, no matter what station you get it from. |
