like what kind of stuff did you say? i could try and email the foundary here in dayton and see if they book a date for ml. i think they've been there once before so maybe.

Yeah they played the Foundry back in June. My birthday show Very Happy

If a band has played a venue before, I think it also depends on how well the show sold. The Foundry, for example, might not want to book an ML show again because it didn't sell well the first time. I'm not sure how it works but that seems like it would make sense.

^oh, damn. that's sad if it depends on the ticket sale and stuff, cuz their first show here at the De Lantaarn had just like 40-50 peeps.. Confused but it was awesome. so i hope they book them again.

it should be ok cuz when they started their headlining tour here at higher groud there was seriously like 50 people. and they're invited back so im sure the promo teams for the venues keep track of popularity and if they're growing and if they have some annoying teenager emailing them everyday for two weeks. lol.

FYI: record companies have NOTHING to do with touring.

[I took a music business course this summer]

Pete Wentz owns his own record Lable.
So Idk.
Horray for Fueled by Ramen butttt...

its all the promoter.
the promoter sorts out venues etc.

I have figured out why Bands dont come to my town adn its because the venues are like triple the price of other cities in Germany
so they generally pick venues with an audience for the music and afforable costs for venues.

I guess your best bet would be to figure out whos going to be booking Madina Lake in their next Europe Tour. orrr request them at a venue, and or send emails to promoters like crazy from multiple email accounts. and get your friends to join in. The the bigger the demand the more likely they'll end up in your area.

hahaha Mayday Parade and Madina Lake next time during their Europe Tourr anyonee?? haha. that would be off the hook.

i was so into trying to be their merchie but it seems as if schprockets is here to stay.

(and im pretty sure the record label has some say in tours. if they're band is really sucking they're obvs not gonna sign off on a trip to europe. and it's their label. it's what they're there for...
