You mean in the Games subforum right? I think it was because there were posted a lot of nonsense games or something....and this way, the mods could handle it better. Or to prevent that we will have a LOT of games.

And as I remember it, you can add new game threads but you have to put it like in Randomisity first, so a mod can move it...
