Can't comment too much as wasn't at the game but knowing FCUM fans as we do I'd say it was entirely possible!
We haven't heard too much about Lewis McMahon but it appears that he is actually considered to be principally a midfield player rather than a striker.

Don't know if anyone else can confirm it but it appeared at one stage on Wednesday night that the United supporters were applauding us during a particularly good stage when we kept possession for a large number of passes. Anyone else notice? In the second half we did keep posession well but we do need an outlet upfront. When he brought Nightingale on up front McMahon appeared to pull back into midfield. Nightingale did not hold the ball up and bring players into the game as well as McMahon had been doing. Strange decision?

John, the two new players are looking good and Lewis hasn't had much football in recent months and seems to be getting better each game, both settling in quite well within the team which sometimes takes a match or two.
Not sure if we can hold on to Lewis though after the loan period is up.

Not all gloom and doom I'm seeing signs of a turn-around.

Second half fight back should have netted us a point at least!

Felt sorry for Laurence with the own goal but kept his head up and battled on and played well.

Super sub (second half) Adam Yates played up front and FC didn't know how to handle him!

MOM for me Carlos Roca fantastic player.

Vastly improved in the second half and we could have got an equaliser but its good to hear that we had some fight and passion.

No game this weekend and we are next in action on the 10th against Nantwich.
