Matlock Town FC

Hello all Gladiators fans, just thought I'd drop by on your forum as I will hopefully be coming to watch Matlock a few times next season.
I support Stocksbridge Park Steels (season ticket holder!) but will be living in Matlock as of August for a year, doing my university 3rd year placement at Derbyshire County Council.
I've never visited the ground before - where is the best place to park? Thanks, Liz x.

If your living in Matlock I'd suggest just walking to the ground on a match day!

Hi Liz, welcome to the forum.

Parking around the ground is mainly street parking. There is a car park at the council offices on Bank Road which is used by quite a few home fans. It's only a five minute walk down to the ground.

Hope you enjoy your visits to Causeway Lane and all the best to Stocksbridge.

Thank you. I may walk, but then it's a long walk back uphill! Just awaiting the publication of the fixtures to see what matches I'll be able to come to. I've watched non-league teams - mainly Eastwood - when I've been at university in Nottingham (Trent); I like coming to watch local non-league teams. All the best for the coming season.
