I went to watch the lads train last night. And there was some really fit players there, even for a first session.
New lads James and Louis look in really good shape. Looks like James runs for fun, just never stopped all night.

We all know about Lewis and it�s a cracking signing that will do great as he did during his loan

James Ashmore�s Frickley bio "Signed from Worksop Town in February 2011 after returning to English football with Worksop Town in September 2010 after spending 2 years with Ferencvaros in Hungary, initially on loan. He originally came through the academy at Sheffield United and was a professional for one season at Bramall Lane. He also had a spell on loan at Macclesfield Town.�

Interesting stat for you but Frickley Athletic won the majority of their points when Ashmore and Bradley Grayson were playing.

We should be okay when it comes to pens as well as James Ashmore took them for Frickley, Lee Ellington can take them and Lewis McMahon hasn�t missed a penalty for five years.

Last night we completed the signings of James Ashmore, a midfielder signed from Frickley. James is ex Worksop & Sheff Utd.

We have also signed Lewis McMahon from Gainsborough who was on loan with us at the end of last season.
