Any idea's why the MATLOCK Mercury has started covering Belper Town sport on its website, yet MATLOCK Town gets no coverage whatsoever?

The news for last week is further down the page.

Someone has put the report on the Matlock page by mistake, if you visit the Belper News site a lot of articles are the same as the Matlock Mercury.

These local papers are not as local as they once were.

Now that I have solved that little mystery what can I do with the rest of a boring day at Charles de Gaulle Airport?

I know. I will make a list of exciting and interesting jobs that do not leave you feeling half dead with fatigue .

I'm not sure of the exact specifics but it's something to do with the system the company employs for its websites I believe.

The same is happening on all of the company's websites at the moment. There was a story on the Buxton Advertiser's site about Kimberley Town requiring a goalkeeper, and I've even seen a few random ones on the Sheffield Star site that bear no relevant to the Sheffield area at all.

Bizarre and a little frustrating to say the least from a user's point of view, but it's not directly a Matlock Mercury issue by the looks of it.

I understand they are all part of the same group, some publishing production? But why all of a sudden should it start.

Our's is now up there, but thats not my original point. Not like it used to be with a dedicated sports ed ey Gareth.

We're being told to 'share' stories from each paper on our sister sites, but despite trying to order them so the 'off patch' stories are lower priority, the system used seems to be a bit iffy and as a result some off patch stuff is taking priority. All to do with timing apparently.

I hope it'll get sorted as you guys aren't the first to moan about it to be honest.
