I have not seen the development for 1yr or a little because I am posted to Japan..luckily I found this forum..where all the DUXTONERS belong...keep up the good work guys..we all belong to Duxton..I do not have the booking date because all the papers are in Singapore..and my future wife to be dont know exactly where I kept them..when I get home next mth to book my wedding dinner hotel..I will dig it out and register for a key to the lounge..keep me posted Guys...
hmmm..Duxtoners..sounds nice huh..

I heard Blk 1G will have the best quality for the interior coz they prepared it for LKY's visit mah |

How will LKY know whether the finishing is good quality? He wouldn't go around knocking on the floor tiles to see which one has hollow sound. |

HDB's latest site plan (available under the link for balloting exercise) indicates that there is a basement carpark for the whole development. Previously in 2004, I think it only indicated that the basement carpark is available from Blk A to E. Not sure if HDB's plan has changed. |

I guess what it means is that the basement carparks at A-E, is for the whole establishment, including F and G.
Anyway, the estate isn't that big actually, take it as daily exercise loh... |
