Hi guys
I am building a stumps clone and am about to start the fire box part of the build. I want to build in redundancy in the form of a pellet burner and I do not know much about them.
I guess my questions are 1. what size feed pipe is most common? 2. Can the air be fed from the bottom as apposed to the side? 3. What size burn pot for a 16 cubic foot cook chamber? 4. Does the augar have to go to the end of the feed tube or can it be short and push the pellets for 12 inches or so?
Thanks in advance for any help.
Ed

I dont know much of the details about building the pellet feeder, but.
I was in the process of putting togather a full on pellet feeder. Now I have changed directions, and I am gonna try to build a coal chute similar to a stumps but scaled down.

I decieded this after thinking about the cons to all the electronics. With me, if something can go wrong it will.

I will keep my build thread updated as I progress, so stay tuned.
