Howdy Ya"ll,
My name is John my friends call me jtburf and I am addicted to smoking meats!
Been reading this forum for a couple weeks and wanted to introduce myself.
I live in Houston and work in outside sales for a machine shop supply house, I am a former machinest and will soon be starting a uprite smoker build.
That's it in a nut shell.

Yes sir wife and I went Thursday night and Saturday night to the Cookoff, my company sponsors a team so we had several teams to visit.
Rodeo it self starts this Tuesday night.
