What's everyone planning this weekend?

I took possession of a new pellet burner last week (Memphis Pro - Wheatland Fireplace were the first dealer in Canada to bring them in this Spring), and I threw 2 racks of spares on there at 8 AM for lunch. This is my first cook on it. Cooking at 240, which is in the "Smoke" range on this pit... at temps below a certain level, it runs the combustion fan at a variable speed (like the FEC-100). That means the fan is often off or blowing slowly... which lets the pellets smolder a lot more and smoke rather than burn. This is a really cool grill, I'm looking forward to cooking on it all weekend.

Turkey on Saturday.
Pulled beef on Sunday.
Chicken quarters for lunch tomorrow.

What does everyone else have planned?

Did a final practice cook to get ready for our first comp of the season in May. The great part was I had people at work giving me $$ for the meat so I just had to pay for my supplies for the practice cook.

8 chicken thighs, 6 legs
2 racks of spares
2 butts
1 brisket

Everything came out great and on time. I think we are set for competition season.
