Real estate market in Vasai was at low few months back and it seem to be comming back up gradually. Thoughts?

You are right I also watched a video a couple of days before in which they told about the current real estate market and according to them those who invested in 2011 after March will get loss but after spring 2012 the real estate market will rise once again and people who will invest after spring 2012 will definitely get profitable returns..!!

I guess the market will come up. Drop was simply the effect of GFC, people trying to save some n not spend. Things have definitely changed n people will once again start investing.

HI, MR:Fletcher Lord ! can you please share the link of this video which you have watched.I have full believe in the analyst view because they always prove right.so According to my personal view the spring is the best season for earning in the real estate.
