Put your pics into an album on Kodak, then "send" the album to Jim via email -- Jim will need that link to post on the site. Or, you can just "send" the album to yourself and then post the link here. The main thing is you have to "send" the album in order to get the link needed for others to access your album. |

Photobucket.com works better than Kodak. I got the pictures and that is a real nice looking cooker you got going there Coz.
Here are a couple of pic's of the new cooker.

Good looking cooker.
So correct me if I'm wrong here.....wouldn't it be pretty simple to just make this a rotisserie type gravity-feed? Is there any value in doing that? Seems like the design is perfect for a rotisserie. |

I can see more problems with a roto than any advantage (unless you are cooking all of the same cut of meat). For example, you couldn't do a cook of ribs and chicken unless you put chickens all on one side of each shelf and the ribs on the other side of each shelf. Otherwise, at some point during the rotation, you are going to have chicken over ribs -- that's not a good thing to have raw chicken dripping on ribs.
The idea of the roto is good in that you get an even heating on all shelves. But with the gravity fed design, it creates a low-flow of air through the cook chamber, so you should be able to get an even heating of all shelves anyways without the need to rotate the shelves around. On something like a Kingfisher Kooker that is a stick-burner, the roto helps though. |

I have added a few pics to photobucket.I was talking with the owner of the company I work for and asked if I could take it to work so I could use a crane to position it better and he oked it so work should progress at a better rate. |
