I read elsewhere that there will only be two relegated teams from the Northern Premier League next season due to league expansion. Matlock are widely tipped as being one of those two, see thread link below:

Matlock will be top half maybe with a shout of a play offs - but a good cup run is due so winnning the League Cup* would be great

Mark/Nick got let down by a few players last season and with a small squad you cant have that.

Let look forward to a possible great season with a few new fresh faces to liven thing up


* Before any one says the league cup doesnt matter is clearly clueless - its the best cup Matlock stand a real chance of winning
