I agree, What good is a new smoker if you can't see it in action!
It looks like a graet build, can't wait to see the finished product! |

Thanks Jim. Yeah unfortuneately that was my son without the glasses. He had been wearing them all day. I caught him the one time that he was not wearing them. He got the standard dad lecture. i will have more pictures tomorrow. Hope to get 12 hours in on the smoker. |

Well got in 11 hours today on the smoker! All we managed to do was get the 4'x4' extension welded to the trailer and the decking on. Trailer is finished! next we start mounting wood stove and smoker. yea! here are more Pictures. |

So, is the tank being put on the trailer laying flat, so it would be like a DP cooker? Or is it being mounted in the vertical position? What and where is the heat source going to be? |
