Fantastic Build. There is a gent on another thread that bought a Double Commerical oven. He could learn a great deal from your build.
Fantastic! How hot will the out side of of Chute be? You are going to pull a lot a great food off of this cooker. |

Smoked a turkey last week turned out great. Had one problem I noticed when I put my wood chips down in ash pan for my smoke. Every 1 to 2 minutes I heard a wush sound and seen a puff of smoke come out of my ball valve. Opend smoker door thinking somthing stopped up but a good flame was coming out. Opend chute door and smoke rolled out. Why doesnt the smoke blend with the fire and go inside the smoker. |

First big BBQ contest for me and smoker. Memphis Ducks Unlimited Pigs in Flight. Had a lot of fun and learned a lot We cooked on two fridge smokers.
I started helping a friends team Pork illustated a couple of yeas ago.
I got to cook the ribs on the stump-a-rator and my teammate cooked butts and shoulders in his Tebo

This was a pic of my test ribs Thursday. I used the 321 method.

This is my teammates Jim shoulder. Jim cooked them at 255 for 12 hours

Saturday the money day they didn't turn out as good I didn't want to over cook them and didn't get them done by turn in time plus a little to much smoke I used peacan and cherry finished 12 out of 14 in the challenger division. My team member finished 4 in pulled pork with his shoulder.
We got a lot of complements and pics made of our fridge smoker this weekend.
Pittmasters were there filming a episode.
