Ha yeh but people always follow the crowd, it's a great excuse for stuff they know they shouldn't do. 
Was quite restrained for me really, usually blunt to the point of having no friends. I suppose it's nice to be diplomatic sometimes, no way I'm making a habit out of it though!

also he was very rude on the wall post aswell i reckon he's not a very nice person and stealing ideas off other more creative people just goes to show the limitations of his brain! i will refrain from telling him this though even though i would love to because i don't want to stir anything up more

Oh well, doesn't seem like that band is going anywhere and I doubt it ever will.

That's what I thought too x) Band doesn't seem active at all. He literally updates one post every year, haha. First wallpost was in 2009, then 2010 now 2011. x)

The profile has credited ML now .. but not in a nice way really ...
They are definatly breeching the bands copyright and trademark at least under UK law, the TDOA band themselves haven't got any kind of disclaimer stating they are a band inspired by ML and they are doing what is known as 'passing off' - if adverage joe see's that then there might be possible confusion especially if they are aware of the ML brand, its obvious to a fan it is not them but if you saw an advert in a gig listing for 'TDOA' then you might secretly think its ML.
It depends on who owns the copyright to who you contact, perhaps contact Matthew or the label (if they announce it) but seeing as its older material that they are passing off it may even be roadrunner territory.
What they are doing is wrong but they have like 12? facebook fans so I'm not sure if they will be worried at this stage as it doesn't look like this band makes any sort of income from this
