Just checking if anyone has the same experience as me...

Firstly, MDA claimed they mailed me a refund cheque which I never receive. Next it happened again with an insurance company payment on matured policy.

To get new cheques reissued by these company is driving me nuts!!!

A friend told me that some postal district encounter lost mails like this. Is this co-incidence, mail mixed-up, sabotage or ....?? finger finger finger

If he indicate his postal code correctly (example 085401) it should lead to the correct block posted.

Mr Quencer, I assume that you are not familiar with the 'Quote' function. Is there anything you wish to comment or express cos you left your reply blank after quoting.

I have got 4 missing parcels already. Pls feedback to Singpost if you have missing mails so that they can investigate our area. Otherwise, they will think it's isolated case.

I've got a missing parcel too. Wrote to singpost, and what they did is just to they regret to hear of this missing delivery but can't do any tracing because my parcel is sent by normal post.

There was once when I opted for registered post and guess what? The postman just send my parcel back to post office without leaving any slip, and if I didn't check the status with the seller, it would have been returned to sender.

Very disappointed with singpost
