I think 50th storey shdn't open to public, then will be less visitor to 50th storey, only those invited can go up _________________ ***People only failed when they give up***

| Agree with dXter, it will be a novelty at the beginning but public's interest will die off with time. |

The grant for access 50th storey will be controlled by HDB at stipulated time only. |

i don't think so. i think it'll be like an office...u scan the pass to get in, but simply press a switch to go out. _________________ Do The Right Things and Do The Things Right |

Otherwise must hire a security guard to monitor 50th storey, we shared the cost among pinnaclets
Ok, I think better wait till we all move in then we do another polling _________________ ***People only failed when they give up***

| Like some of u all mentioned, we cannot shut 50th sty completely from the public. Luckily HDB manage to reserve the owners rights and priviledges to control the timings for access. |

| Really? Did HDB mention that access will be granted to public only at stipulated time? Or have that kind of security gate that surrounds the lift area (like an HDB estate in Ponggol) where residents have a scan card to get into the lift area? That is news (if real)!!! |

Are u referring access to roof gardens or lift lobbies? Well, since 50th storey has cafe and public can access, then i dun tink the lift areas are fenced. |

Hmm.... Can we not allow public to access? It's a HDB not private estate leh. But we are paying more than the normal for the maintenance including for the garden! If we are paying the usual price than we got nothing to say lor, since every HDB is opening to public |

I suggest if HDB made a barrier like those swimming pool gate or similiar where you have to buy a ticket to enter. This way they can make some revenue from it and also have the fund to maintain the skygarden. This will eventually help residents like us as well, lower maintenance fee |
