Really? That's great then! I really wonder if channelnewsasia is more accurate when they reported that completion is 2 yrs or Straits Times which reported that it'll take 48 mths..
Really wish it'll be the former even though the latter seems like a more probable one. |

| I was involved in tendering for this project. The schedule for completion was estimated 4 years; it cannot be completed in 2 years based on its size, design and contract value. The duration of normal HDB projects was about 2 - 3 year as a norm. So this mega project will certainly take more time than its norm. Unless HDB decided to hand over and TOP in phases, then quite likely certain blks like F & G can be handed over earlier. |

Really. I'm a prospective 1G resident. Does that mean I will be able to get the keys earlier? |

maybe yes, so you can start renovations earlier while other construction work is still going on..

Would you wanna move in if it is so?? With the construction of other blocks going on. Even if you were to start renovation first, it will be a real mess....so i rather hope that the 7 blocks are built up together. 4 year then 4 years loh. anyway already expect that the flat will be ready in 2010...any date earlier will only be a bonus. _________________ Have you taken your pictures? |
