If you scroll up to the top, just below the animation on the top right, theres a button saying profile, click on it and scroll down all the way to the bottom to upload an avatar, also halfway down you can add a signiture.

you're url should start with
http://.......jpg/png/gif
to have it as avatar
remove the [img][/img]
