Sim Lian (Tampines) Pte Ltd has launched the sale of the pilot DBSS project - The Premiere @ Tampines. For more information on this project, visit www.simlian.com.sg.
Payment mode is quite "siong", looking at it. 1st cut cannot use CPF.
Progressive payment for different stage of construction.

Anyone going down to the showflat to take a peek? Afterall, they spent S$1.7m to do up the showflat. Any kind souls can take some shots of it?

| Tampines is so far, not sure whether to go yet. But I sure like to see the how they do up the place. Would be glad if there are pics posted here. They'll be getting full furnishings, including air conditioning. Meaning they do not have ugly pipings like all other HDB! |

The huge Balcony with Planter is nice!
Interesting view, too bad there's no pool 
This bay window really overshadow P@D version....

In 2 days launch the applicants already reach 2700++, pretty hot I guess, but price is not cheap

i went on sunday to check out the showflat. when i reached there, the queue was already very long, so i din go. maybe will check it out again another day.
the place looks good tho'

ya, but reno is already there, with built in wardrobe, furnished kitchen, even air-con included.

hmm.. cant imagine how much additional we hv to pay if pinnacles hv the aircons and built in wardrobes.. i rather choose and decide my own design.. though muz say it save quite abit of the hassle  |

The payment mode is really like Condo style....heard 5% cash deposit at the beginning and another 5% later or etc...my bro and frd are applying... |
