Popping in for a look around, was invited for a peek by Dysartsmoker at Smoked-Meat dot com.
Good to see Q up north eh! (I can say that... I'm in Michigan aboot 40 miles from either Windsor or Sarnia! LOL!)
I do some competition under KCBS rules, into sausage making and meat curing, all that fun stuff.
