Well , I gotta thank Smokin Jim for this one . A couple days ago I asked if he knew of any meat slicers around for sale . 2 days later this is what I got . I think it dates back to the late 40's early 50"s and is MINT shape . Sharp as heck too , only 2 bandaids needed while cleaning and polishing . Runs smooth as a top .

Its a Hobart Model # 410 complete with sharpening jig assembly . Im not even gonna say what I paid for it .
