I just threw on 26 racks of sides, and have a dozen backs to go on shortly. Beans and peach cobbler in the works as well... beautiful day to cook!

I sandblasted for about 5 hours today, sandblasting sucks by the way. Dropped it off at the painters and we'll get on it tomorrow morning. Hopefully it'll come home tomorrow afternoon. Got it some different wheels too!

Brining some 3 peice wings, cooking an 8 pound brisket, 2 slabs of pork back ribs, 1 slab of beef back ribs, pulled pork, and possibly a BBQ pizza from Rollin Dough Pizza, if I am lucky. Homemade New Mexico alvacodo and onion salsa with corn chips.

All in the name of football!!!
