Hello Everyone
I'm Josh from Minnesota. I've been Q'in for about 3 years. I've done competition but based off my placing I have lots of work to do....
I've been building stumps clones and a number of other smokers for about 2 years. I currently have built 11 stumps clones and have two going at the moment.
Great forum.

Welcome to the forum Josh. Do you have any pictures of the clones to share with us? |

Tony, I will give that a try. BTW have any of you from Mn thought about coming up to Winnipeg in August (17-19) for the BBQ competition? $10,000 in prize money. There is also a Blues festival and big truck show and shine happening at the same time. We would love to see some more USA teams. |

I haven't done much competing for about 4 years now - the raunt keeps me plenty busy. I get to bbq 5 days a week now! I did comps before as relaxation and a way to get away from the world of Motorola..!dragging that oyler up to Winnepeg could be less than desirable as well.
It could be a fun get away weekend for the wife and me though! Any decent Q in the nether-lands up that way??? |

Tony, we would love to see you up here. As far as good restaurant BBQ up here, not yet. We do have a bunch of real good BBQ caterers though. |
