Hi

Thought I'd post before Newshound JMG gets in and posts something that could be not 100% true......

This is official, not off twitter or anywhere else.

Having spoken with North Ferriby's Secretary today, they will be inspecting at approximately 10.30 to 10.45 in the morning and I should know something definite around then.

Last night was the first frosty night they'd had up there. The bad news is though that it was a keen one and another keen frost is forecast for tonight. Although it's sunny there at present, it's debateable whether the sun is strong enough with temperatures not getting above about 2 degrees.

Their secretary's gut feeling is more off than on at present.

Their problem area is under the stand by the railway side of the ground.

There was a nice crisp thin covering of snow up there today too! Winter finally arrives (hopefully!)

Humberside Airport (just across the river from Ferriby) weather at 06-50am on the 4th February.

Temperature minus 5 light wind from the south west no cloud.

No need to even bother looking at the pitch. I can only see this one being off.
