Just put on a batch of beef jerky on the horizon,soaked overnight in my concotion(they always end up different), after the kids sample and review I will let you know how it turned out. PS still figuring out this forum stuff, all the info is awesome. |

The jerky was quote a home run, i need to make another batch because this one is pretty much gone. the jerky on the fire box end was cooked a little too long, should have cooking times down pat, used pecan for smoke |
