Hello from Winnipeg MB

Well I decided it was time to join a local Forum, I have been a member of a few other Forums for a while now ( BBQ BRETHREN & SMOKING MEAT FORUM) but just recently found out about this place. I have only been smoking for a couple of years now and am learning new methods and tricks all the time from places just like this one. Glad to be on board.

Cabelas Vertical Smoker ( 5 rack)
Chargriller Tabletop charcoal barrel ( for keeping stuff warm)

Welcome to the forum Mike. We are glad to have you join our group. Lots of great information available here, whether it is cooking or building cookers. Are you planning on coming out to the Wpg BBQ & Blues event on August 17-19th. If you do and are not competing, I would suggest Sunday as the best day as that is when the turn-ins are and you can get a taste of bbq. If you do come by, look me up and introduce yourself. It is always good to be able to put a face to a name. Just look for Smokin Jim's BBQ under the big top.
