We did up some Ribeye's and some tiger shrimp and if I must say so myself ( 3rd time now) they were to die for. The reason that I am chalking it upto is that we were actually paying attention to what we were cooking on the grill which sadly is something that we were not known for with our gas grill. Can't wait to try the next thing.
