| So the rest of the untaken units will be open to the public after it has been built right? Heard that will be offered at a lower price than us |

i believe they will be offered under the Walk-In Selection (WIS) programme when the flats are near completion or already completed.
Pricing should be at the period's prevailing market price. Hopefully the market prices holds, or we will be like Punggol owners... bought high in 98-2000, now same flat going for 100k less _________________ Do The Right Things and Do The Things Right |

Don't think ours will be affected as ours are more of centralised and the price will be ard there! I got a friend who has gotta an unit further down the road near Tiong Bahru plaza, his is about $300k for a four room flat however his is bigger with 100 m2 |

Yup, pretty tall too but not as tall as ours! Got another frd who bought an unit at Telok Blangah..5 room cost him abt $350k..so think the flats ard our area won't have their prices slashed and the price will only goes up and not come down! |

| The trend of the property market is now picking up and with the development around the marina areas and due to Pinnacle's unique design and its location, the price will be anticipated to go up in a few years time. |

I predict that the price will go up with all the development completion. I am no expert in property. but hopefully it will go up by 20-25% in the next 10 years. maybe more!!! _________________ Have you taken your pictures? |

with the further development of the marina area and new business financial centre, the prices of Pinnacle should at least hold, if not go up.
hopefully! _________________ Do The Right Things and Do The Things Right |

| Properties cycle comes and goes. After the past few years of down trend, it should go up from here and peak at the right time (maybe at 2009-2010) hehe. |

Thought the keppel port area used to site a set of "dragon teeth"-like stones (demolished by the british to built a port) and that STB or some agency is going to rebuild a model of the dragon teeth at the location?
So there shld be some tourism activities springing up at that area. Maybe part of the port will open up. Anyway given the increasing port activities, I don't think keppel port will be shifted rt? |
