We can still 'edit' rt? Anyway this is OT liao.
When I last saw the take-up rate of pinnacle towards the end of the bking period. Majority (really high pct) of the minorities allocation were not taken up. Presumably the area and price are factors, so when hdb open up pinnacle for walk-in selection once it is completed. The allocation still stands lah?
What if the demand is still lacking? hdb would just leave such prime piece of property empty? Or sell at really low price? It would be really funny ah to sell at way below valuation pricing, does not make sense.
Maybe they have already factored this into account and sold us pinnacle at more than premium so the construction can go ahead? |

Quite sure that the tanjung pagar terminal will be closing within the next 10years, as they are going to free up the land at prime area.

Yah. Pray hard. But more recreations or shopping belt will add vibrancy to the community. |

Hey jojo... don't say that. There are always 2 sides of the coin, on the other hand, if such amenities around, the value of the house will be increasing right?
Come to think about it, most other normal HDB flats are also blocked or placed very near to another flat. What's the diff?
Besides, the Pinnacle IS in the CBD, and what is CBD known for? Tall buildings and skyscrapers loh... |

To be exact, our estate is sitting on the other side of the fence outside the CDB area.
Anyway, just expect it to be a famous iconic building when it's ready. It'll go down in Singapore history as 'The 1st Tallest HDB blocks ever built'. Isn't this something to be proud of, as owners of Pinnacle?

Pasir Panjang still have some space left for expansion, while the space over @ Tuas will also be possible expansion areas.
Well, much have to depends on how much Malaysia wants to compete against us. If there is a huge recession within the next 10yrs, it will also affect such land planning. We shall see, meanwhile I guess lets just enjoy the next 5-10yrs with ease.....

| Ya... I too have heard that our port will be moving westward. Hopefully, that'll bring the value of the surrounding area, i.e. pinnacle@duxton, UP. |
