I bought a S2 as find it to be more spacious and also dun like kitchen to be so open concept as will be quite smoky n oily to the living room. Just my views. No offence to those who select S1 unit,k? Idea

aiyo, all units come with "closed" kitchens lah.. just that it happened that the S1 showflat design comes with an open concept kitchen.

S2 is nice, but i can't afford.. so have to settle for S1 Mr. Green

Hi u guys are so funny.... anyway, i wanted a bay window in my master bedroom too, but by the time it was our turn most of those units were already booked.... so i settled for a bay window in the study room... not bad though... Very Happy

btw, do u think there will be a door to the rubbish chute?? that will be cleaner right?? :wink: i only realised that the rubbish chute is in front of my unit after i booked it..... quite upset with myself then.... hahaha

Me too. Should still be apporiate distance away. Well... 6 units to a floor should be ok. Your neighbours ought to cooperative enough thou. Unless HDB might be considering moving the central chute to the lifting.

By the way, I got the bay window at hall. Laughing Pai seh... Embarassed

From the floor plans, the refuse chutes are all located at S2 flats.
i do not thinjk that there's a door based on the current flat's design.
it's kind of looked concealed when we walked back to our flats..

I got mine with a bay window in the master bedroom and a planter in the living room! Consider lucky man!

Not advisable lah..!! Later the whole block gives way cos a lot of people hack away the bomb shelter...! Then is like u guys paying money to hack away ur whole unit when the whole block gives way...hehe..touch wood!

Not advisable lah..!! Later the whole block gives way cos a lot of people hack away the bomb shelter...! Then is like u guys paying money to hack away ur whole unit when the whole block gives way...hehe..touch wood!


Can't hack the bomb shelter lah.. its part of the building structure.. we don't want another world trade centre or new world hotel, right.. :wink:
