I bought a S2 as find it to be more spacious and also dun like kitchen to be so open concept as will be quite smoky n oily to the living room. Just my views. No offence to those who select S1 unit,k? |

aiyo, all units come with "closed" kitchens lah.. just that it happened that the S1 showflat design comes with an open concept kitchen.
S2 is nice, but i can't afford.. so have to settle for S1 _________________ Do The Right Things and Do The Things Right |

Izzit? I thought it is an open concept kitchen so discard the idea of getting S1..now got S2 and although gotta pay a higher price. Anyway, still like the unit I choose..a window bay in the master bed room! |

Me too. Should still be apporiate distance away. Well... 6 units to a floor should be ok. Your neighbours ought to cooperative enough thou. Unless HDB might be considering moving the central chute to the lifting.
By the way, I got the bay window at hall. Pai seh... |

From the floor plans, the refuse chutes are all located at S2 flats.
i do not thinjk that there's a door based on the current flat's design.
it's kind of looked concealed when we walked back to our flats.. |
