Got Starbucks ... my hubby's a die hard fan.
Pet Lovers' Centre - Wld have preferred independents but can't complain.
Gong Cha - for all the young kids who don't mind wasting $4-$5 on tea + starch + water. Now they have more options.
and many more. |

Can't wait. Gonna be a hangout place for after work hrs for many of us.
Taken from the FB
Opening mid 2012, 100 AM, a brand new urban mall with a plethora of established and refreshing new brands will be the latest shopping hub for denizens in the burgeoning Tanjong Pagar district.
*over 60 retail brands * 4 levels of retail space * 130,000 sq ft gross retail space * over 300 carpark lots * a few minutes’ walk from Tanjong Pagar MRT Station * opening mid 2012
Looks like another 2-3 more months to go. |

Looking forward and do hope could be opened by mid 2012.
But agreed with leo that it will take more than 2-3 months to go from the external condition. And the external escalator was not insight yet. |

Yar... I know. Heeee can't be helped lor since even my gfs also love them!
Good money spinner also but if I have to grow fat drinking bubble tea then i rather spend $1 then $4. Lol.
TCSS abit ... I overheard the owner of the specs shop in Tg Pagar Plaza leasing out one of the shops in the same building to a young couple who planned to set up 1 bubble tea store. Must be one of the bubble tea shops there now. Apparently, this uncle has 2 or 3 other shops which he tenanted out and bragged about how he sold another lot some years back for over a mil. Lucky smart uncle. |

| I'm looking forward to Finest, more than the other shops! There's already a Gong Cha in Int'l Plaza, so was hoping for other brands to come in instead... |

Woobee and Artease becoming more and more CMI already. Maybe spoilt by Cha Time and Share Tea already.
Artease's pudding milk tea tastes like a joke when compared to Share Tea. |

I think can suggest potential tenants through their FB page for Amara Holdings to approach. Hmmm, maybe I should suggest Yoguru. Cos I think they recently closed down their IP branch and I really like their flavors and pricing.
Am also looking forward to Finest. More like a huge relief to finally get a good supermarket nearby. Now I do my grocery shopping at Vivo Giant and NTUC at TPg Plaza for the basic items and Finest at Scotts or Triple 1 for fresh perishables. So lei chey to go so many places... |

I think Finest will be more expensive? But I'm also looking forward to getting stuff that I can't find in NTUC in TG Plaza. Hopefully they accept LinkCard! Oh so that's what happened to Yoguru. I have been making trips there and always found it to be closed, but without any closed notice. |

I went to look look see see on Wed morning, around 10am-ish.
Just to add to Armadillo's list: the food court stalls I saw are Lao Huo Tang, Yong Tau Foo, Ban Mian, Yu Kee duck rice, Taiwanese food, Indian, Dim Sum, Desserts, food juice, mixed rice, fish ball noodle, Korean, Japanese food. IMO, not as interesting/nice as the previous/original combination of food court stalls.
F&B places like Cedele, Subway, MOS burger, Ya Kun, Gong Cha were operating already (yay!). I suppose, the early opening hours are to cater to office workers grabbing their brekkie. Koufu happened to be open on that day as well.
Im also eagerly waiting for NTUC Finest to open! _________________ Visit my blog at cocraze.blogspot.com |

tried some of the stalls at koufu.
yong tau foo selection pretty good, but do not try the tom yam gravy. somehow it tasted bitter. Normal soup and the laksa gravy was fine.
ban mee was ok for me. My colleague said they overcooked her tom yam ban mee.
korean was quite good, had their kimchi ramyeon aka instant noodles. meat portion quite good.
chicken rice stall so-so, the white cooked chicken wasn't very well cooked.
my colleague ordered japanese. looked disappointing.
same for the taiwanese stall, also looked disappointing.
WORST stall so far is the dessert stall. We ordered red ruby and it came in a clump of ice and extremely thick coconut milk. Coconut milk looked like it came out from the pack directly. The aunty didn't even know how to prepare and had to ask someone else to do it. |
