listen to the speakers and decide, not listen to the shopkeeper...

there is no better speakers if you talk about SQ, but a matching ones.

alot of factors come in place, not just which speakers are better. If shopkeeper say better, maybe you should ask him why?

better in what ways? re-sale value? better profit? better to drive? alot of better will come in place, never ending of better

the installer said they are not familiar with the DLS, hence by buying the movingair, they can tune the 9887 better..

also, they told me alot of fake DLS on sale and its difficult to tell what is real and what is not.. hence the dilemma..

Haha, that's because they don't sell DLS right?
All installers will always push the brands they sell unless you insist on the brand you want. Also, do your own research la…see how many people are actually using movingair…personally, i don't know a single person…
There's must be a reason why people dont' use it Smile

As to tuning…if you're a good tuner, really doesn't matter what speaker you use right? you should be able to tune any speaker if you're a good tuner…heck, you should be able to tune without even know what speaker you're tuning with...

If you're afraid of getting fakes, then my advice is to choose another brand that has less fakes in the market.

In any case, i do think you need to find another shops…those brands you mentioned are only available in Malaysia Smile Because well…no one else will want to sell them overseas hehe..
