I am driving Hyundai Avante and planning to install 4" component speaker (2way) in front. Is 4" midbass too small for front speaker?

Yes it is..
But do they actually sell 4" midbasses? I thought the smallest is 5"?
4" usually is for highmids not midbass.
I believe the stock size on the door is bigger than 4"

Don't go for 4" as midbass. You will not get the punch.

Get 6.5". No point getting 5.25" ones and they are difficult to find cos most installers bring in 6.5" for all models. Jap and Korean cars have no problem fitting 6.5", so why go for 5.25" ones?

BTW I am still waiting for my amp to arrive on March, hopefully by then I can understand about the speaker more and know what my preference.
