Also, you can make a new topic asking for a roleplay tutor, or a character making tutor, or post saying you'd be willing to tutor someone. Naruto: Ninja Uprising
Naruto is really popular so it's time we made a large roleplay about it. This storyline is happening without ever the existence of Naruto, Sasuke, Kakashi, Akatsuki, or any of that stuff that happened because of characters in the show. The Tailed Beasts exist but we're only incorporating them if yall really want to. That means the 4th Hokage never died from the kyuubi, the Uchiha clan still lives, etc... Okay? However, for the sake of not dealing with a whole bunch of technicalities, we're keeping any jutsu from canon. Just making that clear. Now go throw sharp objects and do magic on little children!

So, with the Ninja Uprising dead, I decided to make my own version that follows the rules of Naruto more, but not really the canon. This, like the other, is with completely new characters, no canon characters whatsoever. There are different Sannin, but if no one wants them, we could just say there isn't the Sannin in this rp. This rp will be pretty different than the other, and a bit more stricter on rules, like, you can't have a billion jutsu and you can't rip off every jutsu and call it your own. Like, no jutsu that fires air or chakra from the person's hand or leg--complete rip off of the Hyuuga ability. With the help of SilentKunoichi, I'll try to keep this rp unique yet still keep it from straying from rules that keep rps from sucking.
