I would be looking for 1/4" to 3/8" in mild steel. If the 1/8" is SS that would work.

I never thought to use 4 pieces of heavy angle to make the fire box. That should be much easier than finding 8x8 tube. Brilliant.

Got the holes cut for the exhaust then insulate, skinned and installed the exhaust today.

I got the grinding done on my inside skin and stayed working on the skin for my main door...the weeks were looking a little off and then I noticed that the gas had run out so now I'll have to redo that area...don't think.any places are open that sell gas so looks like I'll have to wait until Tuesday to get back at it.

I have gotten briskets from Butcher Boy but I have been buying bone in butts from Oscars and I have been really happy. They stock a few at 2.39/lb but if you need larger quantities you need to order ahead. They also told me that they can bring brisket it but I can't comment on the quality as I've never ordered it there.

This Hotel is 2 blocks from the site and also has a large parking lot you can park in. It is more expensive though but very nice.
