Hey guys finally did my first test smoke today. Did like 30 ABT'S, a fattie stuffed with shreaded cheese and cream cheese, and beef ribs. Here are some pics.

I am going to do a turkey breast and some spare ribs on christmas day!!! My brother in Regina put in an order for some spare ribs, so going to smoke some extra to take up there on friday.

I go along with Darrel they do take a long time to come up but look good but where are the pictures of the cooker Question I don't get all excited about food pictures but like the cooker pictures Rolling Eyes Wink

There's a outfit putting up wireless broadband towers in this area as we speak .. So maybe by early summer I'll have it ... ..

Wow, SO those pic's were worth the wait .. I like how you thrrew on some of that dry green stuff on the plate ... kinda gives a nice finished look ... ( But thats it )
