New to this site, was directed here from The Smoke Ring. I have a Weber 22 1/2 and a CharGriller with offset. Looking to build Backwoods or Pitmaker clone.

Welcome to the forum Willy. How long have you been playing around with BBQ? Great hobby and I think you will find it addictive. Probably find someone on here with info on the Vault or Backwoods.

I have been doing BBQ for about 20 years but was mostly doing burgers & sauages. For about the last 10 I have been doing pork butt, ribs & beans. I have not done a brisket yet.
