Just put my second batch of beef jerky on along with a couple of whole chickens. Kids loved the first batch of jerky, it gets better the longer it sits and my 16 yr. old teethed on jerky so if he has something to say I am listening, and the 14 yr. old pretty much calls a spade a shovel so if doesn't like something you know it. Smoking with maple leaf lump charcoal and pecan on the horizon. |

No pictures yet, have not figured that part out yet, the jerky is off and we will be lucky if it cools completely before the yard apes devoure it. |
