Well the time has come to move Bertha.
Here is her ID

All loaded and ready to roll.

Got her unloaded.

Officially now owned by Tailgators BBQ Pit.

I know she is in good hands.

Thanks Jim,

There won't be any seasoning involved with Bertha! She has had over 1 million pounds of brisket smoked in her and many more cuts as well. I was always a big fan of the product that came off of The Oyler. You took great care of her, as she is in great shape. The first cook I do will be brisket cooked over a special reserved stash of Pecan I brought back from Texas.
Thank you Jim!!

Well sometimes a person just has to reduce their inventory of toys. Especially when they are not being used as much. I am sure Jason B will be very pleased with your Stumper, it is a great pit. Now what are you going to build? Your catering business would be my 1st guess.

Wow that is one heck of a cooker. And now that you sold that one you have room for several more smaller units.

I always try selling off stuff to make room, and it seems like I just buy a newer option and still don't have room.

Thanks Rob, no it won't be in the field long. I'd like to set it up right beside my commissary and build a screened in canopy over it kind of like the Smoke house at the Loveless Cafe.
