Well the time has come to move Bertha.
Here is her ID
Getting her loaded on the truck.
All loaded and ready to roll.
Got her unloaded.
Officially now owned by Tailgators BBQ Pit.
I know she is in good hands. |

Thanks Jim,
There won't be any seasoning involved with Bertha! She has had over 1 million pounds of brisket smoked in her and many more cuts as well. I was always a big fan of the product that came off of The Oyler. You took great care of her, as she is in great shape. The first cook I do will be brisket cooked over a special reserved stash of Pecan I brought back from Texas.
Thank you Jim!! |

Well sometimes a person just has to reduce their inventory of toys. Especially when they are not being used as much. I am sure Jason B will be very pleased with your Stumper, it is a great pit. Now what are you going to build? Your catering business would be my 1st guess. |

Wow that is one heck of a cooker. And now that you sold that one you have room for several more smaller units.
I always try selling off stuff to make room, and it seems like I just buy a newer option and still don't have room. |

Thanks Rob, no it won't be in the field long. I'd like to set it up right beside my commissary and build a screened in canopy over it kind of like the Smoke house at the Loveless Cafe. |
