Welcome aboard. I like salmon. We do a good job on beef and pork. Up for a trade?

Welcome to the forum Coz. Pretty soon we'll have representatives from just about every State. When you get to building just ask questions and I'm sure there will be someone able to help you out.

Welcome to the forum.

The other day I picked up some cedar planks to smoke some salmon for my wife. I've smoked crappie and catfish before, but this will be the first time for salmon.
