We have a sponsor putting $1000 into the event and donating all the protein for the Chef's Challenge event on Saturday. They were hoping to surprise the teams with the meat that day but I told them this morning they needed to decide and announce it ASAP. So stay tuned. It will likely be something familiar, ie pork tenderloin. Sorry for the late notice, but they really want to be part of this event and we don't like to turn away any sponsors.
