I'm pretty sure they're built here... I bet Dwayne at JB's would know for sure. I've never seen one in person and I was quite surprised when I came across that site last summer while looking for someone to do custom stainless fabrication. |

found out more info....they are a true commercial only unit. Starting at $13000. Said he has sold over 200 units?? Co-op in Moose Jaw has one apparently....
They are a smoker only....not bbq. only goes up to 200....uses sawdust. |

meat deptments use these for ring sausage and and that kind of stuff low moisture loss . not losing proffit  |
