I'm wondering if there are some local volunteers that would be interested in helping with the judging class (PNWBA judge certification, which would be held on Saturday morning.) I can't cook the meat for it this year because I'll be flying in from Edmonton on Friday and won't have the equipment with me.
Any local BBQ'ers that could help? 2 butts, 1 brisket, 4-6 racks of ribs, 36 thighs.
