Well we have been here since Sat afternoon and have got trailers spotted and a bunch of the setup is done. Today we will finish setting everything else up and getting our first load of meat. Here is what Tailgators banners look like. One banner is "flying in" today, as it was forgotten at home.

Here is Darrel's set up.

Now BRING ON THE CROWDS OF HUNGRY RIB EATERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The rib fest is open to the public. There are 4 of us cooking ribs as well as other delicacies. When you come around to the Tailgators rib stand, introduce yourself, as it always good to meet forum members. Putting a face to a name is always great. See you on Thursday.

It was slow but a good way to break into this event. Hopefully it picks up today. Just keep bringing the good weather and the larger crowds will show up.

stopped by to introduce myself to Jim and Darrell.

I tell you the best smell going down the midway was the smoke from all you guys hands down.....

Darrell thanks for the few minutes....small world huh...

Your brisket was good and your ribs too. Loved all of it....Lots to eat on your serving. That sauce is killer....nice and smoky....I should of asked for a gallon as a side...lol

good luck the rest of the ex. Family was tired from the day...

Kelly
