Recently i visited heritage city located at prime location on the way to bhabola naka and which is currently under construction,i was surprised after seeing the sample flats i must say simply the best construction and interior i had seen in vasai.And from my point of view in coming days heritage city will be on of the best known location in vasai.If anyone interested in buying new flat in vasai dont forget to visit heritage city because you cant miss that.

But what is the rate per sq. feet ?????
Because that is more important than being good. I know it must have been the best so far.
A classic example is the Evershine city and Vasant Nagri. They implemented some what similar concept, a flat in which when u come to stay, just get u r clothes, rest all is already avialable when u buy.
But whats the result ? Even after 10 years of construction, flats r still unsold. If u go to an estate agent over there, he can still manage to show u a new flat, absolutely unused, but the building is ONLY 10 years old.
All i want to say is, no matter how good the flats r or how comfortable the flats are, there should be a buyer.
Its just a thought that came to my mind, no heart feelings ...... |

| I dont think buyer's are not seen. What is really needed and expected is Power and Water. For now, both of these falls short. |
